We offer free tracked shipping to numerous countries including the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Canada, and more! We ship directly from warehouses across Asia to reduce shipping costs and save you money.

Important Update for US Customers: Due to new tariffs implemented by the Trump administration, we have increased prices for US customers to offset these costs. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and continued support.

  1. Delivery Times:

    • Order Processing: Takes 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

    • Shipping Time: Delivery to the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Canada, and many other countries takes 7-14 days. Shipping times may be affected by various factors like weather. If you do not receive your purchase for an extended period, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

    • Please note these are estimates only; your order may be ready earlier or later than expected.

  2. Tracking Information:

    • Once your package is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email.

    • If your order contains multiple items, you may receive them in separate parcels.

  3. Shipping Fees:

    • Free tracked shipping is available to the US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, and other countries.

    • Due to the pandemic and inflation, shipping and insurance costs to countries like the UAE have increased. Therefore, you may see a shipping fee at checkout to help cover these additional costs.

  4. Import Duties & Taxes:

    • Our packages are usually delivered successfully with no customs duties, import taxes, or fees required from the customer.

    • Any additional customs duties or import taxes levied by US Customs and Border Protection or local carriers are the buyer's responsibility.

    • If customs fees are incurred, please email us and we will try to offer a solution.

    • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections.

  5. Multiple Parcels:

    • We strive to consolidate your items into one parcel.

    • We may split your order into multiple parcels to ensure the safety of your items during transit and to prevent any delays caused by customs.

    • This may be due to size and weight restrictions.

    • Items may be stored in different warehouses.

  6. Delivery Failure:

    • Shipping updates will be sent to you via email.

    • Please ensure you or someone is available to receive the package at the scheduled delivery time.

    • If you cannot be present, notify your local post office or arrange for a trusted family member or neighbor to receive it.

  7. Lost, Held, Returned, or Stolen Packages:

    • Please report any lost packages within 15 days of the package being marked as "Delivered".

    • Investigating your package outside this timeframe may be difficult for postal services. If you contact us much later, we may not be able to offer a free reshipment or refund.

    • We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages delivered to shared locations (stores, restaurants, businesses, military bases, or apartments).

    • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate.

    • If we anticipate a delivery issue, we may contact you via email to verify your shipping address.

  8. Package Delays:

    • If your package is delayed, please report the issue to our customer support team at support@dollstylist.com, providing your order number and missing items.

    • You have 15 days after 60 days from the original order date to report any missing packages.

  9. Package Not Received:

    • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your package is dispatched.

    • Occasionally, the carrier may mark the package as "Delivered" prematurely.

    • If you receive the shipment confirmation but haven't received the package:

      • Wait a few business days, as it may have been incorrectly marked and will arrive soon.

      • Contact your local post office for more information, as they can provide accurate details.

      • Check your mailbox for a notice from your local post office.

      • If you have difficulty getting information from the post office, contact us for further support.

  10. Special Occasions:

    • We cannot guarantee your order will arrive in time for any special occasion.

    • Please place your order well in advance to account for unforeseen delays.

  11. Returns:

    • If you wish to return an item, please email us within 15 days of the package arriving.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  12. Returned Packages:

    • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, unclaimed by the carrier, or any other reason, please email us your order number within 30 days of purchase.

    • We are not responsible for refunds if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or if you have changed your address.

    • Reshipment will incur a handling fee and reshipping fee.

    • A reshipping fee applies regardless of whether the original shipment qualified for free shipping.
